The One Behind the Lens

Hey y'all, my name is Gracie! I am the girl behind the camera. I am 24 years old and from Grenada, Mississippi but I have been residing in Starkville, Mississippi for the past three years for university. I am currently finishing up my undergraduate degree at Mississippi State University. I am crossing my fingers that I will be a May 2024 graduate with a bachelor of interdisciplinary studies! I plan on continuing my degree by pursing my master's in counseling with a concentration of mental health at Mississippi State as well.

I have always loved taking pictures, whether it was to capture a memory or capture my beautiful friends and family. I have always admired my local photographers from back home as well as from the Starkville area. I finally talked myself into buying my first "big girl" camera to start practicing and shooting sessions. I have shot several sessions for my friends, family, and my sweet golden doodle Mayzie. It was love at first click, and I have been obsessed ever since. I have also enjoyed editing my pictures because it is so fascinating to see the before and after progression!
